La actividad bien El personal no informa de nada absolutamente nada Fuimos en sabado y todas las piscina eran latas de sardinas.deberia haber un aforo maximo .no se pudo disfrutar con tantisima gente

The activity was good. The staff did not report anything at all. We went on a Saturday and all the pools were cans of sardines. There should have been a maximum capacity. It was not possible to enjoy it with so many people.

No habían llegado los códigos QRs y cuando llamamos por teléfono la persona que se puso solo quería que revisáramos el spam, le dijimos que no habíanos recibido nada ni en bandeja normal ni spam que nos lo enviara bien por mail o wasap y nos hacía esperar sin hacer nada, además no se esforzaba en hablar inglés correctamente. Nos pidió que le pusiéramos al teléfono con la persona de la ventanilla pero la señora de la ventanilla dijo que no tenía que hablar con nadie. Lo fácil fue difícil.

The QR codes had not arrived and when we called by phone the person who only wanted us to check the spam, we told him that we had not received anything either in a normal tray or spam that he should send it to us either by email or WhatsApp and he made us wait without do anything, plus he didn't make an effort to speak English correctly. He asked us to put him on the phone with the person at the window but the lady at the window said that he didn't have to talk to anyone. The easy thing was difficult.
