La actividad en sí es genial, me encantó. Lo que no me gustó es que en teoría al realizar la reserva se debe recibir un código QR que NO recibimos. Escribí tanto al proveedor como a civitatis y no me dieron respuesta. Afortunadamente los trabajadores pudieron ayudarnos. Por lo demás todo fue genial, aunque sería recomendable revisar este error ya que en comentarios de esta actividad también he leído que ha ocurrido el mismo fallo.

The activity itself is great, I loved it. What I didn't like is that in theory when making the reservation you should receive a QR code which we did NOT receive. I wrote to both the supplier and civitatis and they did not give me a response. Fortunately the workers were able to help us. Otherwise everything was great, although it would be advisable to review this error since in the comments of this activity I have also read that the same error has occurred.

La experiencia fue un poco decepcionante, el balneario es muy grande y bonito pero un poco decadente, llenísimo de gente y poco relajante.Aconsejo la visita en verano pues en invierno hace mucho frío y el cambio de una piscina a otra es muy desagradable,las toallas heladas y el ambiente congelado.

El balneario caótico, mucha gente y muy mala organización. Esta muy bien las piscinas exteriores pero masificado, casi no se puede andar, por lo que no tiene el encanto que deberia tener. No hay ningún servicio, ni un poco de gel para poder ducharte. Y ya por ultimo el servicio de la visita la Museo Palenka a traves de Civitatis, muy caro porque al llegar ni nos han hecho la visita guiada, simplemente que lo podiamos ver y nos dan de desgustación una copita con un dedo escado de licos palenka.

The chaotic spa, a lot of people and very bad organization. The outdoor pools are very good but crowded, you can hardly walk, so it doesn't have the charm it should have. There is no service, not even a little gel to shower. And finally, the service of visiting the Palenka Museum through Civitatis, very expensive because when we arrived they didn't even give us the guided tour, we could simply see it and they gave us a tasting glass with a finger of palenka liqueurs.
