Nos hemos encontrado al llegar a Visegrád que el castillo estaba cerrado. No entiendo como la empresa no tenía conocimiento de esta incidencia con antelación y habernos informado antes de realizar la excursión.

Es un engaño. La guía MUY MALA, Paulina, muy sosa. Nos llevaban a los sitios corriendo y no nos explicaban nada. NO TE LLEVAN A VER LOS PUEBLOS. Fuimos a una Basílica apenas 15 min y a un castillo otros 15 min. Estábamos la mayoría del tiempo en el bus. Fuimos a comer a las afueras del 2do pueblo sin opción a visitarlo, ni de elegir otro restaurante. En el 3er y último pueblo nos dejaron 1 hora libres en una zona de tiendas, sin enseñarnos Nada de interes. Las guías se fueron por otro lado.

It is a hoax. The VERY BAD guide, Paulina, very bland. They took us to the places running and they did not explain anything to us. THEY WILL NOT TAKE YOU TO SEE THE VILLAGES. We went to a Basilica just 15 min and to a castle another 15 min. We were most of the time on the bus. We went to eat on the outskirts of the 2nd town with no option to visit it, or to choose another restaurant. In the 3rd and last town they left us 1 hour free in a shopping area, without teaching us anything of interest. The guides went the other way.
