I was outside the entrance to the Market Hall 15 min before the meeting time until 10 min after the meeting time. I later learned that the meeting place was actually across the street. I watched the people enter the Hall and never saw a " tour group" enter. 10 min after the scheduled tour time, I went inside to look for a tour group. I found one English speaking group and asked the leader if she was with Civitatis (I showed her the email with the tour info). She said no. I never found the group.
